A specialized assembly arm was needed to securely hold a product in the center position during high-temperature insert molding, but no standard tool met the specific requirements, and traditional manufacturing methods were too expensive and slow to realize.

Solution

By designing and printing the arm in PET-CF, we achieved both high precision and cost efficiency. The lighter weight of the printed part made handling easier, while costs were drastically reduced compared to machined alternatives.
